So, there's this book called Pinkalicious that my girls (and I) just love! It's about a little girl who loves pink and calls herself Pinkalicious. On a rainy day, they bake pink cupcakes and she eats about a dozen of them and then turns pink! It's a cute book, I think we read it every night for about a month straight.... before we got the next book- Purplicious.
Anyways, we wanted to bake some cupcakes for Jenna's class and decided to bake some Pinkalicious ones!
We invited my niece, Rapunzel (aka Alexis)

Grandma Shirley had to take over my duties as the baker, while I tended to Baby K

The girls had so much fun decorating and eating them (you can't tell from this picture- but Jenna seemed to enjoy it the most and decorated about half of them)!

My little cupcake

The finished products!

The first batch I made had red frosting (because I confused the red food coloring with the vanilla and added WAY too much) but luckily, the second batch turned out awesome!
