He did it! I am very proud of my husband for completing the triathlon in San Luis Obispo this year! I only wish I could have made it to watch him cross the finish line and cheer him on.
He said the swim was pretty tough, having to swim in a surf wetsuit in the cold cold 50 degree lake, but he seemed to really enjoy the bike ride and was very happy with the fact that he didn't have to walk across the line!

The next day, we hung out at Avila beach with Phil and Alison. We had a lot of fun just enjoying the nice weather and spending time with our So Cal relatives who need to move up north!
