Pumpkin Patch

This year, we decided to take a trip to San Luis Obispo and visit the pumpkin patch we took Jenna to on her first Halloween. We invited our good friends, Bobby and Rachel and their little boy Caleb who is the same age as Jenna. We all had a lot of fun feeding the farm animals, taking a hayride, and searching for that perfect pumpkin! We hope to make this a tradition for the years to come.

After the pumpkin path, we decided to play at Avila Beach. Jenna had a lot of fun chasing the water and playing in the sand. She is definitely a water baby. She loves the beach and every time we drive by the harbor or any sort of water, she says 'me go swimming in water?' Very cute...

After dinner, we decided to get some frozen yogurt (yummmm)! It was a great ending to a great day. The kids did wonderful, especially for having to sit in a car for 3 hours and not getting an afternoon nap- which made for a nice and quiet drive home that night... I think Jenna's eyes shut before we even left the parking lot! So thanks Bobby and Rachel for helping make our day in San Luis a good one!
